Quick answers to the things people most often write in about.

Longer and higher-quality renders take more time, especially when chapters are stitched for long footage. You can leave the page; the studio keeps working and your finished file appears when it is ready. If a render seems genuinely stuck, email us with the project link.

Open the project and tell the studio what you want in plain English, like “keep the intro long” or “punchier captions.” It re-renders with your note applied. Most edits land in one or two passes.

Plan, usage, and billing live in your account settings inside the studio. For anything that is not self-serve, including refunds or plan changes, email support and we will sort it out.

A link to the project, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it quickly.
